Spacious Villa On The Peak Of Sai Kung

This two-storey villa including a rooftop houses a family of 5 plus 3 live-in helpers. The client’s brief was for a simple design with minimal ornamentations, emphasising space rather than decorations. We proposed a taupe palette approach to keep the atmosphere light, grounded by the selective use of coloured natural travertine stone and lighter-shaded timber.
